Cleethorpes man admits Grimsby street killing

A man has admitted killing a man who died in hospital after being discovered injured outside a bar in Grimsby.

Shane Bower, 35, was found outside Eden in Bethlehem Street, on 17 February.

He was taken to the town's Diana, Princess of Wales Hospital, where he died a short time later.

Charles Westwood, 48, of Princes Road, Cleethorpes, pleaded guilty to manslaughter at Hull Crown Court. He has been remanded in custody ahead of sentencing on 13 April.
