Kent man held over 'schoolgirl photos' on train

A Kent man has been arrested following reports of a man taking inappropriate pictures of schoolgirls on a train.

British Transport Police said the 65-year-old from Whitstable was detained on suspicion of outraging public decency on Monday.

The alleged offence was reported to police on the 1639 GMT Whitstable and Tankerton to London Victoria service.

He was taken into custody and later bailed to return to Canterbury police station on 15 March.
