Four bailed over body found in Ashford garden
Four people arrested after the body of a 34-year-old man was found in a garden in Kent have been released on bail.
The man, who has not yet been named, was discovered at a property in St Teresa's Close, Ashford, shortly after midnight on Tuesday.
Two men, aged 33 and 52, and a 27-year-old woman were arrested on suspicion of murder. A man, 32, was held on suspicion of assault.
All four have been released on bail.
Kent Police said the results of tests on the body were not yet known.
Part of St Teresa's Close was closed off on Tuesday to allow forensic officers to carry out investigations.
A spokeswoman for Kent Police said: "The findings of a Home office post mortem will not be conclusive until the results of forensic testing are known."
