Four bailed over sex attack on women in Chatham

Four men questioned on suspicion of rape after reports that two 18-year-old women were seriously sexually assaulted in Kent have been released on bail.

Part of Dock Road in Chatham, near St Mary's Church, was cordoned off while crime scene investigators examined the area on Friday.

The men, who are all in their 20s, were bailed pending further inquiries.

Kent Police has appealed for anyone with information about the incident to contact officers.
