Man on weapons charge after Kilndown Close disturbance
A 24-year-old man has been charged with possessing a firearm with intent to cause fear of violence following a disturbance in a Kent street.
Firearms officers were called to reports of an argument in Kilndown Close, Ashford, late on Sunday.
Police said about 20 people had gathered there by about 23:30 BST.
They said the Ashford man was charged on Monday night and remanded in police custody to appear before magistrates in Canterbury later.
