Kent Police arrest man after fatal M20 crash

A 31-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of causing death by careless driving after a fatal motorway crash near Snodland in Kent.

A man died and two others suffered minor injuries in the crash on the coastbound M20 on Saturday.

Officers said a Ford Fiesta hit a safety barrier and no other vehicles were thought to be involved.

Kent Police said a man had been arrested and had been bailed pending further inquiries.

A 28-year-old man from Catford, south London, who died in the incident between junctions two and three on Saturday just before midday, has not yet been named.
