Drugs cash goes to Shepway autism support group

Money seized from two men convicted of drugs offences has been given to a Kent group which helps young people with autism.

The cash was the subject of crown court orders which specified the money should go to a local charity or group.

Staff at Folkestone police station decided the Shepway Autism Support Group should benefit.

The group runs clubs at Hythe youth centre and organises events for young people with autism and their families.
