Lorry driver released over M20 fatal crash
A Belgian lorry driver who was arrested after a man was killed on the M20 in Kent has been released on bail.
Kent Police believe the victim, who has not been named, was refuelling his car on the hard shoulder when it was hit by a foreign-registered lorry.
The crash took place at about 18:45 GMT on Monday between junction 8 and 9 of the southbound carriageway.
The force said a 41-year-old man from Bruges had been released on police bail until 29 May.
