Kent Police have released CCTV images of two men they want to question about 15 burglaries which targeted shops selling cigarettes.

A total of £29,540 worth of cigarettes were stolen in the raids from shops in Dartford and Meopham between January and March.

Det Con Nick Whiteoak said the burglaries had caused a lot of harm to innocent shopkeepers.

He encouraged smokers and traders not to buy any illicit cigarettes.

The men were described as well built, between 5ft 8in and 6ft tall.

In all the break-ins, the suspects were seen to be carrying a yellow builders' merchants bag with the cigarettes in it.
