More than 100 cannabis plants found at a property in Kent are to be destroyed.

The cannabis factory was discovered in Well Road, Maidstone, on Wednesday morning following a call to police by a member of the public.

Officers said the site, which contained about 120 plants, would be dismantled and all of the equipment, such as the lighting, destroyed.

They added that they were investigating the incident and seeking to identify those involved in the cultivation.
