Arrest over Tunbridge Wells Railway Station 'stabbing'

A woman has been arrested and part of a Kent town centre has been cordoned off after reports of a stabbing.

Police and paramedics in two ambulances were called to the scene, along with the Kent Air Ambulance, in Tunbridge Wells on Thursday evening.

Kent Police received reports that a man had been severely injured at the railway station at 17:30 BST, but could not say if he had been stabbed.

Vale Road was cordoned off after the incident.
