The family of a cyclist killed in a collision with a lorry near Herne Bay has paid tribute to the "beloved father, son, brother and friend".

Kent Police named him as Stephen Vanhinsbergh, 57, from Ramsgate, who died on the London-bound carriageway of the A299 Thanet Way at Broomfield.

His family said he was taken far too soon and would be missed beyond words.

Police are appealing for witnesses to the crash at 11:50 BST on 13 August opposite the former Roman Galley pub.
