Teenager stabbed in Cheriton High Street

An 18-year-old man is being treated in hospital after he was stabbed in the back and leg in Kent.

Kent Police said the victim, who is from Folkestone, was injured during a disturbance in Cheriton High Street on Saturday evening.

He was taken to King's College Hospital, south London, where his condition is described as being stable.

A 17-year-old boy, also from Folkestone, has been arrested on suspicion of assault.
