Bookies' gambling machines in Medway towns criticised

Attempts to reduce the number of people addicted to gambling in the Medway towns have led to calls for stronger regulation on fixed odds betting machines.

Campaigners have looked to Norway for guidance after the government took over gambling from private business and introduced highly restrictive legislation on the machines.
