Man found shot in Kent named as Steve Langley

A man who was shot dead in Kent has been identified.

Steve Langley, who was in his 50s, was pronounced dead where he was discovered in Lower Road, Tonge, near Sittingbourne on Friday.

Kent Police officers had been alerted to reports of an injured man at 14:45 GMT.

A 54-year-old man from Teynham has been arrested on suspicion of murder. An area of Bax Farm Fishery has been cordoned off by detectives.
