A motorcyclist died after he came off his bike into the path of an oncoming car in Kent.

The 69-year-old, from Gillingham, was in a group of Triumph motorcycle riders who were travelling along Green Lane to Four Elms, in Edenbridge, just before 11:00 GMT on Sunday.

As they were negotiating a sharp left-hand bend, the man fell from his bike into the path of an oncoming gold Nissan Micra.

He died from his injuries in hospital.
