A Polish truck driver has died after a parked HGV apparently rolled backwards and crushed him at a service station.

The man, 35, was hit by a Bulgarian-registered HGV in the overnight parking area of the Stop24 services on the M20.

Police said he was knocked down as the lorry somehow rolled slowly backwards on Saturday night at about 23:00 BST. No-one has been arrested.

Anyone who saw the incident at the Folkestone services near junction 11 in Kent is asked to call officers.
