An inmate believed to have been stabbed to death at a prison in Kent has been named as Darren Flynn.

The prisoner, who was in his 40s, was found dead in his cell at HMP Swaleside on the Isle of Sheppey, on 25 March.

An inquest into his death has been opened and adjourned by coroners in Maidstone.

Jason Gomez, 44, and Paul Wadkin, 32, have been charged with his murder and are due to appear before Maidstone Crown Court on 17 April.
