Man charged over Burnley teenagers' fatal crash

An 18-year-old man has been charged in connection with a crash in Burnley in which two teenagers died.

The man from Accrington has been charged with two counts of causing death by dangerous driving.

Kaiser Hussain, 16, and Sajid Khan, 19, both from Accrington, died after the BMW they were in hit a wall on Marsden Road, Burnley, on 10 March. A third passenger was injured.

The man is due to appear later at Burnley Magistrates' Court.

The third passenger, a 20-year-old man from Accrington, has since been released from hospital.
