Murder arrests over Blackpool head injury death

A man has died after he was found with head injuries at a house in Blackpool.

Police and the ambulance service were called to the address on Ribble Road at 08:00 GMT on Saturday.

Thomas Poole, 23, from Blackpool, was taken to hospital but died shortly after, police said. A post-mortem examination found he died of a head injury.

Four local men, aged 20, 22, 26 and 27 were arrested on suspicion of murder and remain in police custody.
