Police seek indecent assault man in Leeds

Police want to trace a man after an indecent assault in a busy Leeds pub.

West Yorkshire Police said the assault took place in the early hours of Sunday 22 August in the New Penny, Call Lane.

They said it occurred next to a hen party of women who wore distinctive tutus.

The man officers are keen to trace is described as dark skinned, possibly eastern European, with short dark hair and stubble, in his mid 30s, and around 5'5" tall.

He wore a long sleeved checked or striped shirt with a collar, and is thought to have been worn untucked, light blue jeans, and white trainers.

A spokeswoman for West Yorkshire Police said officers had tried other routes of inquiry for information before issuing the appeal.

Anyone who has any information is asked to contact West Yorkshire Police.
