Chapeltown shooting: Arrests after violence in park

Five men have been arrested in connection with violence that flared between two groups of men in Leeds.

Police were called to the Saville Drive area of Chapeltown on Tuesday evening, where one man was found to have been shot in the foot.

All five men were arrested on suspicion of violent disorder. Three men aged 20, 21 and 18 were arrested on Wednesday evening in the Easterly Road area.

Two men aged 27 and 25 were arrested on Thursday at an address in Chapeltown.

Anyone with information has been asked to contact West Yorkshire Police.
