Man, 95, dies after supermarket crash in Brighouse

A 95-year-old man has died after he crashed his car into three others in a West Yorkshire supermarket car park.

The victim was driving a Vauxhall Corsa when he struck the stationary vehicles, at 15:30 BST, at Sainsbury's on Mill Lane Brighouse.

He was taken to Calderdale Royal Infirmary where he later died.

Police believe he was taken ill at the wheel and have made an appeal for witnesses.
