Leeds sex assault: Plea to trace jogger who helped victim
Detectives investigating a sex assault on a teenage girl in Leeds want to trace a jogger who came to her aid.
The 17-year-old girl was in a taxi on her way home after a night out in the early hours of Friday when she was sexually assaulted.
She demanded the car was stopped and got out in Leeds Road, Bramhope.
Police said a man, who from his clothing appeared to be out jogging, came across the victim in a distressed state and walked her home.
West Yorkshire Police appealed for the man to get in touch.
