Terry Yorath collapses after fire at Leeds flat
Former Leeds United and Wales footballer Terry Yorath was taken to hospital after a fire at his flat.
Firefighters were called to Alwoodley, Leeds, to tackle a fire in the kitchen just after 20:30 BST on Thursday.
Mr Yorath, who was outside the building when crews arrived, later collapsed and was given oxygen, emergency services said.
He was taken to hospital by ambulance but did not stay at the hospital and is now back at his flat.
Mr Yorath, 61, played for Leeds United between 1967 and 1976 and was also a regular in the Wales national side.
The father of television presenter Gabby Logan also played for and managed Bradford City, and managed Wales between 1988 and 1993.
