Overnight closure of M606 south lane for surface work

Work to resurface a 1.2-mile stretch of the M606 in Bradford is to get under way with the closure of the southbound carriageway for six nights.

The Highways Agency said work would take place between 20:00 GMT and 06:00 GMT from 19 to 24 March.

The southbound entry slip to the M606 at junction 2 will also be closed.

A 50mph speed limit will be in force on the northbound carriageway. The Highways Agency urged drivers to allow extra time for journeys.
