Millennium Square in Leeds will host a "Big Lunch" as part of the Queen's Diamond Jubilee celebrations.

On Sunday the square will be set up for a huge picnic with visitors able to watch the Jubilee Pageant on the Big Screen.

Elsewhere in the city centre Briggate will hold a street festival featuring music, dance and puppet shows.

Wakefield will be holding a Diamond Jubilee theatre festival.

The city's Theatre Royal will perform a play recounting Captain Scott's ill-fated expedition to the South Pole in 1912.

Harewood House will be holding a street party in the estate's village.

The stately home is also hosting an exhibition of personal photos from the Queen's collection.

Some of the photos, by Royal photographer Marcus Adams, have never been seen by the public before.
