Man bailed after Leeds dog attack death

A man arrested after a woman was killed in a dog attack in Leeds has been released on police bail.

The 33-year-old had been arrested under the Dangerous Dogs Act after Emma Bennett died.

She was 27 and pregnant with her fifth child. She died at Leeds General Infirmary on Tuesday after being treated for dog bites.

The attack happened in Dawlish Avenue, Osmondthorpe at about 14:30 GMT on Monday.
