Two Harehills men in court over Leeds stab death

Two men have appeared in court charged with assisting an offender in connection with the death of a man in Leeds.

Marlon Small was found stabbed in Merrion Street, Leeds, on 1 November.

Marcus Clarke, 21, and Kieran Hunt, 27 appeared before magistrates in Leeds on Saturday.

Clarke, of Gathorne Terrace, and Hunt of Roundhay Road, both in Harehills, were remanded in custody to appear at Leeds Crown Court on 1 December.

Damien Dhers, 34, of Hessle Road, Leeds, has appeared in court charged with Mr Small's murder.

A 26-year-old woman arrested on suspicion of assisting offenders has been released on police bail.
