Three guilty of murder in Leeds 'body in bin' case

Three men have been found guilty of murdering a man whose body was found in a burnt-out bin near a church in Leeds.

Stuart Jarvis, 50, and Andrew Jenkins, 38, both of of Heights West and Stewart Malnieks, 61, of Midland Road, all Leeds, had denied murder.

The body of Michael Ayres, 60, from Headingley, was found on Hyde Park Terrace, near St Augustine's Church, on 16 January.

The three men are due to be sentenced at Leeds Crown Court on Wednesday.
