A woman who died in a collision on the M6 on the border of Warwickshire and Leicestershire has been named.
Susan Oakes, 61, of Halstead, Essex was killed on 5 April, when her Mazda was involved in a crash with a van on the southbound carriageway of the motorway.
It then crossed the central reservation and was in collision with a people carrier containing four men. All required hospital treatment.
The M6 was shut, between junction 1 and the M1, for almost nine hours.
Police have renewed their appeal for witnesses.
