Charge over Leicester bogus police robbery

A 20-year-old woman has been charged with impersonating a police officer after a robbery in Leicester.

The woman was allegedly involved in an incident last month where mobile phones were taken from two teenage girls during a bag search.

She is due to appear at Leicester Magistrates' Court later.

Two women, aged 20 and 21, and a 17-year-old boy have been arrested and bailed over a series of robberies where bogus police took valuables.
