Driver dies in hospital after crash near Tugby

A driver who was seriously injured in a car crash in Leicestershire has died in hospital.

James Dujardin, 60, was in a Vauxhall Zafira on the A47, near Tugby, when the accident happened.

He was taken to Glenfield Hospital following the accident on 3 August but died on Thursday.

Police have appealed for witnesses to the crash to contact them. Mr Dujardin lived in Peterborough in Cambridgeshire, police said.
