Man charged over Rainbow and Dove pub arson attack

A man has been charged over an arson attack in Leicester which left two men with serious burn injuries.

Russell Banks and Robert Laszewsk were in the beer garden of the Rainbow and Dove pub when they were injured on 25 October.

Leicestershire Constabulary has charged a 21-year-old man with two counts of causing grievous bodily harm with intent.

He will appear at Basildon Magistrates' Court on 15 February.
