Woodville man faces Dylan Crean murder charge

A man has appeared in court charged with the murder of a three-year-old boy.

Peter-Gavin Cawser, 22, of Moira Road in Woodville, Derbyshire, was remanded into custody and will appear again at Leicester Crown Court on 13 April.

Dylan Crean was found injured at a house in Albert Village, Leicestershire, in August last year but died later of his injuries in hospital.

A provisional trial date has been set for September.
