Leicester police arrest death man named

A man who died after being arrested by police in Leicester has been named.

Rafal Delezuch, 26, a Polish national living in the city, was taken into custody by officers on 15 August after complaints of a disturbance.

He was then taken to hospital where he died the same day. A post-mortem proved inconclusive and further tests are due.

An inquest has been opened and adjourned and Independent Police Complaints Commission (IPCC) has started an investigation.

Leicestershire Police said the force was fully co-operating with the work of IPCC investigators.
