A news conference has been held in Leicester on a house fire which killed four people.

The family, named locally as Shehnila Taufiq, her sons Jamal and Bilal and daughter Zainab, died in Friday's fire.

Detectives have not ruled out a connection with the death of a man in his 20s, understood to be Antoin Akpom, in Kent Street hours earlier.

Police earlier said there was no evidence anyone in the house was involved in the street attack.
