Six arrested after group fight in Mablethorpe

Six people have been arrested after two women were injured in a fight in Lincolnshire.

Police were called to High Street, Mablethorpe, shortly after 2000 BST on Wednesday after reports of an affray.

Two women, aged 20 and 23, received facial injuries and were taken to Pilgrim Hospital, Boston, for treatment.

Five males and a female, aged 16 to 18, were held on suspicion of conspiracy to cause grievous bodily harm.

They were taken to Skegness police station where they were interviewed and released on police bail pending further inquiries.
