Members of the public in Lincolnshire are being urged to report any sightings of a suspected robber who failed to appear in court.

Lee Ross from Gainsborough was due to appear at Lincoln Crown Court last week, charged with robbing Blyton sub-Post Office in January.

The 36-year-old is about 5ft 9in (1.8m) tall, of medium build with dark hair.

Anyone who sees Ross should contact police, but should not approach him, said the Lincolnshire force.

He has connections to the Lincoln, Gainsborough, Market Rasen and Scunthorpe areas, but officers believe he may travel further afield to avoid arrest.
