Louth school stranger alert prompts appeal

A man who was seen acting suspiciously near a Lincolnshire school has prompted an appeal from police.

Two 11-year-old pupils from Laceby Gardens County Junior School in Louth reported the man making "inappropriate comments" on Monday.

A man of the same description was later challenged by a teacher after being seen near one of the school gates.

Officers have asked for anyone who sees a suspicious person near the school to come forward.

He was described as white, in his late-30s with brown hair and wearing a bright yellow hooded jacket and jeans.
