Two people killed in Lincolnshire car crashes

Two people have died in separate road crashes in Lincolnshire.

A Vauxhall Corsa, driven by Susan Edmunds, 48, from Dunholme, came off Riseholme Lane near Lincoln and hit a tree at about 0725 BST.

She was cut free from the vehicle and taken to hospital but died shortly afterwards.

On Tuesday afternoon, a Renault hit a tree in Friskney and the driver, a Lithuanian man living in Wrangle, died while three passengers were injured.

The passengers, all Lithuanian nationals living in the Boston area, suffered broken bones and remain in hospital.
