Louth Town Hall offered for community takeover
Three community groups have attended a meeting to discuss taking over the running of a Lincolnshire town hall.
East Lindsey District Council has said budget cuts mean it can no longer afford to run Louth's listed building.
The authority held a drop-in session on Thursday to offer advice and information to any groups considering the idea.
If no offers are received by the end of September the hall could be sold on the open market.
No formal expressions of interest were entered but the council is planning a further session next month.
