A man found stabbed to death in a Lincolnshire garden has been named by police.

The body of Janusz Smoderek, who lived in the Revesby Avenue area of Boston, was discovered in a garden on nearby Sleaford Road on Sunday morning.

Detectives investigating the 48-year-old's murder want to speak to anyone who saw an altercation in the area.

In particular they want to trace anyone who saw a group of men and a woman, or a man being chased by several others.

The disturbance is believed to have taken place near the railway crossing and the Carlton Road junction, between 03:00 BST and 04:45 BST on Sunday.
