Jewellery from Lincoln Morrisons store

Jewellery worth about £25,000 has been stolen from a unit inside a Lincoln supermarket.

It is thought the thieves got into Morrisons, off Tritton Road, through the roof, overnight between 8 and 9 January.

Lincolnshire Police said items worth about £25,000 were taken from a jewellers' unit inside the Morrisons branch.

Police have urged anyone who may have information to contact them.
