Lincoln man remanded firearms offences

A man accused of firearms offences and making death threats has been remanded in custody by magistrates in Lincoln.

The man, 26, was arrested by officers called to an estate off Moorland Avenue after a police-installed alarm was activated on Wednesday evening.

He is also accused of intent to cause fear of violence, false imprisonment, assault by beating and criminal damage.

The man was remanded to appear at the city's crown court at a later date by magistrates on Thursday.
