Motorcyclist dies in crash with car and lorry on Crowland bypass

A motorcyclist has been killed in a crash involving a car and a lorry in Lincolnshire.

Emergency services were called to the A16 Crowland bypass at 06:00 GMT following a collision involving a Honda motorcycle, a Volkswagen Passat and a lorry.

The rider, a man in his 30s from the local area, was confirmed dead at the scene, police said.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the force.

The death brings the total number of people killed on Lincolnshire's roads this year to five, compared with 10 at the same point in 2013, police said.
