A sixth youth has been charged with the murder of a Lincolnshire man.

Warren Free, 42, of Coronation Close, Spalding, died in hospital in August after being found with head injuries at his home.

The boy, aged 16, appeared before Lincoln Magistrates on Tuesday and then at Lincoln Crown Court within hours.

Seven juveniles have been arrested in connection with Warren Free's death, but the remaining youth is facing no further action.

Two 15-year-old girls and a boy, aged 17, have been remanded into local authority care.

Two other boys, aged 14 and 15, have been bailed to return in February.
