Arrest after Lincolnshire cyclist killed in car crash

A man has been arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving after a cyclist died following a crash in Lincolnshire.

The B6403 High Dyke road was closed at Barkston Heath, near Grantham, for most of Sunday after the crash, which happened at about 09:15 BST.

The cyclist - believed to be a local man in his 30s - suffered serious injuries and later died.

The driver of a blue Mercedes in his 50s has since been released on bail.
