A hospital forced to close some services after an electrical fire cut power supplies has reopened.

Tuesday's fire at Grantham Hospital caused the closure of the accident and emergency department, a number of wards and the intensive care unit.

Operations were cancelled and only non-urgent cases were treated.

Dr Suneil Kapadia, medical director at United Lincolnshire Hospitals Trust (ULHT), thanked staff and patients for their support.
