Police appeal for Kelvin Easton stab murder witnesses
Police are returning to the scene of a recent murder in east London to appeal for witnesses.
Kelvin Easton, 23, was stabbed in the La Boheme nightclub in Mile End at 0430 BST on 27 March.
Officers are going back to the area this weekend to try to speak to people who may have more information about what happened.
Four men, aged 27, 25, 23 and 17, were arrested and have been bailed pending further inquiries.
Det Ch Insp Charles King, who is leading the investigation, said that the police would try to ensure anyone coming forward with information remained anonymous.
"The Boheme was very busy; I am trying to trace all the people who attended the club that night," he said.
"Even if you don't think you have any information that would help, I would like to speak to everyone who was there."
Emergency services found the body of Mr Easton, of Gospatrick Road, Haringey, at the junction of Mile End Road and Burdett Road.
A post-mortem examination at Poplar mortuary on 28 March gave the cause of death as a stab wound to the heart.
"Kelvin was a father of two and a much loved brother and son," Det Ch Insp King said. "He is greatly missed by his family and friends."
